Prior to establishing her Coaching business, Allison was a personal trainer, and group fitness instructor always supporting her clients and members toward their health goals.
She now offers a wide range of programs and services from Yoga as a Stress Management tool, to her 12 week program “Shape up Your Life”
Allison specializes in LifeStyle coaching to Professionals who want to ease stress, stay, energized, and who want a customized wellness program with an emphasis on Prevention and Youthful Aging.
